Here, What all we do during winter in our home town.
Waking up often becomes late,
For not we are habitually languid
Blessed with capricious climate
The orders we cannot forbid.
The chatter of our teeth,
creates a typewriting noise
The shiver of our arms,
never displays poise.
The skull cap and pair of socks,
to keep us warm
Wollen clothes on our body in stocks,
We roam without any qualm.
Sipping graduates from pegs to large,
For the warmth we sink
Into the sea of Tea & coffee we barge
What did your twisted brain Think?
Pause in a day to day shower,
A factor others may wince
We are washed under Nature's cover
A cover up to convince.
We wade mostly on slippery path,
Drive on rain drenched roads
For senseless driving incurs wrath
crossing frequent accident zone boards.
Heavy rains do often clog,
As our gum boots loves to splash
We pierce the shrouded fog
This secret joy we alone stash.
Amidst all the man made ravage,
We trivialised your value
Dear The Nilgiris,
Until this Earth's age
We love you, We love you.
For not we are habitually languid
Blessed with capricious climate
The orders we cannot forbid.
The chatter of our teeth,

The shiver of our arms,
